In today’s world, most of us seek purpose, meaning and significance. Feeling valued, respected, inspired and cared for drives us to succeed -- and not just in business, but in all interactions.

At this year’s Latina BizCon(TM) titled “Leading With The Heart,” we are reinventing and developing your 21st century leadership skills around business, career and family. The event is gathering, in person and virtually, experts on the topic of innovation, achievement and leadership using what is second nature to most Latinas -- emotional intelligence and relationship-building.

Several of our sessions will include hands-on exercises, interactive problem-solving, and buddy-system development to keep us accountable and motivated.
