The Latinas in Business Conference is the largest gathering of its kind for women business owners in the Inland Empire. The event is attended by established business owners, startup entrepreneurs, senior executives, and procurement representatives from the corporate sector and government agencies, as well as select partner organizations that serve women.

For 2018, the Conference will bring together some of the most creative, innovative and useful resources for companies under $1 million in revenue. Our objective is simple: to take what our members are doing well, and empower them to make it spectacular.

In addition, attendees will work through a process to certify their companies as "Women-Owned" or "Small Business" with the objective of growing their companies by selling their products or services to Corporate & Public entities. Plus, we will feature keynote speakers on business management, leadership, and offer peer-to-peer networking opportunities.

We are here to empower Latinas to develop their business and professional goals!
